Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to administer medications and provide direct resident care on a night shift (11:00pm–7:00am). You will document care, monitor residents, and support daily living activities in a safety‑focused, person‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CMA certification required.
• Insulin certification preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and administer medications per individualized plan.
• Observe residents and communicate changes to physicians and supervisors.
• Document observations, interventions, and daily medication activities.
• Pass information to the next shift and ensure MAR documentation is up to date.
• Record vital signs and glucose monitoring as assigned.
• Assist with activities of daily living and meals as needed.
• Support safety, fall prevention, and infection control procedures.
• Participate in trainings, orientation, and team mentoring.
