Job summary

The Ensign Group is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to deliver routine medications to patients and assist nursing staff with medication administration. This role requires CNA and CMA certifications, a calm, professional demeanor, and strong customer service skills.

You will follow instructions, document dosages, and respond to patient needs in a regulated environment. Two shifts are available: 2pm-10pm Monday–Friday or 6pm-6am Friday–Sunday.

Qualifications

• CNA and CMA certification are required.
• Candidate must demonstrate a customer-service attitude.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine daily medications to patients (prescription or OTC).
• Coordinate with nurses to assist with patient care and medications.
• Record dosages and administration times accurately.
• Respond to patient call signals and identify needs.
• Follow written or verbal instructions and comply with regulations and company standards.
