Job summary

Recovery Innovations is seeking a Clinical Shift Supervisor to oversee nights at the Peoria Crisis facility. You will lead staff, coordinate clinical operations, and ensure effective guest care and advocacy for individuals on your shift.

The role emphasizes discharge planning, compliance with regulations, and accurate documentation while maintaining HIPAA standards. A Master's in psychology or social work and state licensure are required, with at least two years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• Associate Licensure in good standing in Behavioral Health.
• Independent Licensure in good standing preferred.
• State designation as required per state regulations.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to complete psychosocial assessments and treatment plans.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and supervision for staff on assigned shift.
• Guide the implementation of the discharge planning process.
• Guest Care & Advocacy: complete assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Compliance & Risk Management: ensure timely authorizations and documentation.
• Additional duties as assigned; maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
