Job summary

Recovery Innovations in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee administrative and clinical needs of an assigned shift at the Crisis - Bridge Center For Hope. You will supervise staff, monitor discharge planning, and collaborate with individuals and support teams to develop recovery plans.

The role requires a Master’s Degree in Psychology or Social Work, appropriate licensure, and at least two years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Associate Licensure in good standing in an applicable Behavioral Health field required. Independent Licensure in good standing preferred.
• State designation as required per state regulations.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, coaching and supervision for all staff on assigned shift.
• Guides the implementation of the discharge planning process.
• Completes psychosocial assessments and develops treatment plans in partnership with individuals."
• Partners with individuals to obtain collateral information from support teams.
• Ensures documentation is completed in a timely fashion and maintains compliance with policies.
