Job summary

Recovery Innovations in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Clinical Shift Supervisor for nights to oversee the crisis unit. You will supervise staff, coordinate discharge planning, and ensure high-quality patient assessments and care plans on an overnight shift.

The role requires a Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field, state licensure, and strong leadership and documentation skills. A sign-on bonus is offered and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field required.
• Associate Licensure in good standing preferred; Independent Licensure in good standing preferred.
• State designation as required per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and supervision for all staff on assigned shift.
• Guide the implementation of the discharge planning process.
• Complete assessments for individuals, developing treatment plans and recovery solutions in partnership with the individual.
• Partner with the individual to obtain collateral information from family, friends, case managers and other programs.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
