Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA or nursing student with rotation, or clinical care experience may be required.
• Strong reading, writing and verbal communication in English.
• Basic computer literacy is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Reposition and ambulate patients.
• Make occupied and unoccupied beds.
• Help transport patients, beds, supplies and equipment.
• Collect, label, and transport specimens.
• Retrieve and sign out blood products.
• Perform point-of-care testing.
• Obtain vital signs and weights.
• Maintain intake and output records.
• Remove Foley catheters and saline locks.
