Job summary

Wilson Health in Sidney, Ohio, is seeking an Acute Care - Registered Nurse/RN Charge RN for a full-time night shift (7 pm–7 am) to join our 23-bed medical-surgical telemetry unit.

The RN provides prescribed medical and personal care, develops and implements a nursing care plan, and collaborates with the care team to meet patient goals. Ohio RN license and BLS required; PALS/ACLS as applicable.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current R.N. license in Ohio.
• Current Basic Life Support certification; PALS for pediatric care; ACLS and rhythm analysis for telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Assess nursing needs of assigned patients across age groups.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive nursing plan of care.
• Collaborate with the care team to meet patient goals.
• Educate patients and families about disease processes and self-care.
• Continuously evaluate and adjust care plans based on patient responses.
