Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive care plan for medical-surgical telemetry patients.
• Provide patient and family education on disease processes and self-care.
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed.
• Maintain standards of practice and professional behavior at all times.
