Job summary

Performance Food Group seeks a Shuttle Driver to move empty trailers to facilities and return with full loads. You will operate various trucks on regional routes, ensure safety, and communicate with customers and teammates. Preference for experience with DOT rules and a clean MVR.

Position includes night shifts Sunday to Thursday, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a major food distribution network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDL A with Doubles Endorsement required.
• Must be 21 years old and meet licensing/certification requirements.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and road test.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure one.
• Work 3rd shift: Sunday–Thursday nights.

Responsibilities

• Transport empty trailers to warehouse locations and turn around to deliver full trailers safely.
• Drive tandem tractor-trailer and/or straight truck on intrastate/interstate routes.
• Comply with DOT regulations and company safety policies; report hazards.
• Complete hours-of-service logs and required paperwork.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and secure loads.
