Performance Food Group in Coal Township, PA is seeking a Shuttle Driver to move empty trailers to our operating locations and turn around to deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yards. You will operate tandem/tractor/semi trailers, comply with DOT rules, and interact with customers professionally.

The role requires lifting 60–90 pounds, safety-first work habits, and a 3rd shift schedule. Competitive pay starts around $75,000 with a $5,000 sign-on bonus plus Day 1 benefits.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 12 months of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable).
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years.
• Work required 3rd shift schedule, Sunday -Thursday nights (schedules may vary).
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Pass road test.
• Valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card.
• Able to lift and handle 60–90 pounds repeatedly.

Responsabilidades

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT and company standards.
• Report safety issues and needed repairs.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies; report hazards.
• Inspect trailers for proper load security.
• Ensure route paperwork is ready at dispatch.
• Drive and deliver trailers on scheduled routes.
• Perform hook/unhook procedures safely.
• Park and store tractor trailers in designated areas.
• Secure equipment and freight; manage damaged goods and returns.
• Complete daily hours-of-service logs per regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness in tractor and loading dock areas.
