Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport empty trailers to operating locations and return full trailers to domicile/shuttle yards in a safe, timely manner, complying with DOT rules. You will work with a team to move freight efficiently and safely.

The position offers a pay range of $60,000 to $70,000 annually, plus a quarterly incentive of $450 and a potential $2,000 bonus if all targets are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 6-12 months commercial driving experience with CDL A and doubles endorsement.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and road test.
• DOT Health Card valid or able to secure new DOT Health Card.

Responsibilities

• Operates a tandem tractor/trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes transporting empty trailers to operating locations.
• Turns around and delivers full trailers with various products to domicile/shuttle yard locations in a safe, timely manner.
• Communicates with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally to answer questions.
