Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a Shuttle Driver for the Sunday–Thursday night shift. You will transport empty trailers to facility yards and return with full trailers, following DOT rules and safety procedures.

The role requires a valid CDL A, 12 months driving experience, and the ability to lift and move freight up to 90 pounds. Training on safety and route procedures is provided to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires 12 months commercial driving experience.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement and DOT health card.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) and inspections per DOT regulations.
• Report safety issues and repairs.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety guidelines.
• Load and secure freight in trailers and ensure proper paperwork.
• Drive and deliver trailers on scheduled routes and perform hook/unhook operations.
