Job summary

Akumin is hiring dependable CDL-A truck drivers for local deliveries of medical diagnostic equipment in Mount Pocono, PA. You will move mobile MRI/CT trailers at night, set up equipment at sites, and ensure safe transportation of trailers.

Training is provided, with shifts 2PM–6PM and 12AM–4AM, 8–10 hour days, 4–5 nights a week. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and HSA options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid commercial driver's license and DOT medical certification.
• Clean DOT driving record.
• Comfortable with loading/unloading medical equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractors with automatic transmission to locations for mobile units.
• Set up and tear down trailers at delivery sites.
• Transport 1–2 trailers per night.
• Operate and safely drive equipment and maintain safety.
