Akumin Inc. is hiring a Mobile Medical Trailer Truck Driver CDL for dedicated routes, full-time night shifts in Mount Pocono, PA. The role involves delivering and setting up medical imaging equipment at hospitals and clinics, with 2 PM–6 PM start and 12 AM–4 AM finish shifts.

Training is provided; expect 8–10 hour shifts 4–5 days per week, including some weekend nights. A CDL-A, DOT medical certification, and clean driving record are required, along with the ability to lift up to 100 lbs and

Qualifications

• CDL-A license and DOT medical certification required.
• Clean DOT driving record is required.
• Experience driving large tractor trailers preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and set up medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractors with automatic transmission. 1–2 years’ experience; 2 years preferred.
• Ensure trailers are securely connected and safely transported.
• Set up medical equipment at destination and assist with teardown.
• Comply with ICC and DOT regulations; prioritize safety at all times.
