Job summary

Akumin Inc is hiring CDL A truck drivers for local night routes to deliver and set up mobile medical imaging equipment. The role requires a clean driving record, DOT medical certification, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Training is provided and shifts run from 2PM–6PM start to 12AM–4AM finish.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid CDL Class A license and DOT medical certification.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check/drug test.
• Comfortable with loading/unloading and setting up equipment at sites.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor trailers for local deliveries of mobile medical imaging equipment.
• Transport 1–2 trailers per night and set up/tear down equipment at client sites.
• Follow all ICC/DOT regulations and maintain safety as priority.
• Coordinate with hospitals/clinics and arrive on site as scheduled.
• Complete training on routes and equipment during initial weeks.
