Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Care Provider for the NOC shift (10pm-6am) in Sacramento. This full-time role focuses on personal care and daily living assistance for residents, with a strong emphasis on dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB.
• Vaccination/testing may be required per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond to residents' needs promptly while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report observed changes of condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and departments.
