Oakmont Management Group is seeking a compassionate Care Provider to assist residents with daily living activities and care services, supporting independence and quality of life.

You will help with eating, bathing, dressing, mobility, and continence while upholding dignity and privacy. Training is provided; 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED required. Join a team that values safety and respectful care across California communities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates compassionate patient care for seniors.
• Able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
• Maintains dignity, respect, and confidentiality of residents.
• Follows safety protocols to protect residents and staff.
• Willingness to participate in required health screenings and vaccinations as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plans.
• Respond promptly to resident needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Report changes in residents' condition to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and guests.
• Promote teamwork and cooperation across departments.
