Job summary

Oakmont Management Group in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Care Provider to deliver personal assistance and daily care to residents, supporting independence and quality of life in a senior living community.

This full-time position runs Sunday through Thursday; duties include ADLs, compassionate care, safety, and teamwork with staff. Training is provided; applicants must be 18+, pass background checks, and meet health screening requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with residents and families.
• Criminal background check and health screening required (TB tests).
• Vaccination and PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living as per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report changes in residents' condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
