Oakmont Management Group's Ivy Park at Pleasanton is seeking a Care Provider for the NOC shift (10pm–6am). Join a premier senior living community that delivers five-star service and compassionate daily care aligned with our values.

Responsibilities include assisting Residents with ADLs, responding promptly, reporting changes to a supervisor, maintaining safety, and promoting teamwork. Qualifications include 18+, HS diploma or GED, excellent customer service, and a willingness to train;

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• Vaccination or PPE requirements per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living per service and care plan.
• Respond to residents' needs promptly while maintaining residents' self-respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Communicate any observed or suspected resident change of condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
