Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Care Provider for the California community. The PM shift runs 2-10pm on Fridays and Saturdays, with duties focused on daily living assistance to residents and promoting independence.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; applicants must be 18+, have a High School Diploma or GED, and pass background and health screenings. This on-site role offers a supportive team and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report observed changes of condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperative interactions with staff.
