Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver (CNA/CHHA) to support residents under the supervision of the Health & Wellness Director. Shifts include 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am with hourly pay between $21 and $22.

The role covers personal care, meals, housekeeping, laundry, behavior support, and activities, following each resident's care plan. Prior CNA/CHHA certification and elderly care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide.
• Experience working with elderly residents; dementia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, meals, mobility, and daily activities as per care plans.
• Maintain safety, dignity, confidentiality, and comfort of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities and document services.
• Report any changes in residents' condition to supervisor promptly.
