Job summary

City Net is hiring a Client Support Associate to monitor scattered site housing sites and perform daily data entry while providing guest support. You will help with security, ensure a safe environment, and coordinate check-ins under Housing First and Harm Reduction models.

The role requires empathetic communication, crisis de-escalation, and precise data reporting. Overnight shift arises Sunday-Thursday, 12am-8:30am, with full-time commitment at multiple Anaheim-area sites.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive between scattered site housing sites to monitor status and perform daily data entry regarding maintenance or guest situations.
• Provide program support and assist with security at housing units.
• Support the Supervisor in maintaining a safe, professional environment on site.
• Coordinate check-ins, communicate policies, and assist with conflict resolution.
• Assist with documentation following Housing First and Harm Reduction models.
