Job summary

City Net seeks a Client Support Associate to operate across multiple scattered site housing sites, monitor guest conditions, and perform daily data entry for maintenance needs. The role emphasizes empathy, de-escalation, and strong communication to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Working hours will include swing shifts, with duties spanning check-in coordination, policy communication, and collaboration with case managers, security, and leadership in a Housing First and Harm

• High level of empathy and understanding for people experiencing homelessness and presenting with multiple and urgent case management needs, substance use, health, and/or mental health concerns.
• High levels of responsibility, dependability, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive between scattered site housing sites to monitor hotels and guests and perform daily data entry regarding maintenance or guest situations.
• Provide program support and assist with security at low-threshold scattered site housing units.
• Assist Supervisor in maintaining a positive, professional, and safe environment at the site, communicating policies and procedures to constituents and coordinating meetings.
