Sheridan Ohio is seeking an Assistant Manufacturing Technician-Bindery for the night shift (7p–7a). We'll train you to operate high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to a fast-paced production floor.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Pride in delivering quality work and reliability in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work with the team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and maintain production flow.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, organized workspace.
