Job summary

Sundial Beach Resort & Spa on Sanibel Island is seeking an experienced Night Auditor to join our team. You will greet guests, perform check-in/out procedures, review charges, and produce accurate nightly financial reports.

Ideal candidates are comfortable handling cash and credit card transactions, proficient with PMS systems and MS Office, and able to work overnight shifts, weekends, or holidays. Benefits include PTO, health coverage, and 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel night audit preferred.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Experience handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Proficiency with PMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage efficient check-in and check-out.
• Review charges with guests at checkout.
• Process cash transactions and credit card batches.
• Run night audit procedures and generate daily reports.
• Coordinate with Security for overnight concerns.
• Handle wholesale requests and rate issues as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of all hotel policies.
