Job summary

Sundial Beach Resort & Spa on Sanibel Island is seeking a Night Auditor to join our Front Office & Guest Services team. This full-time overnight role involves checking guests in/out, handling calls, and ensuring accurate nightly reporting.

Responsibilities include reviewing charges, processing credit card batches, and maintaining secure cash handling while partnering with Security for overnight issues. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform efficient check-in/out procedures
• Manage incoming calls and provide information on hotel services
• Produce accurate reports and handle cash transactions
• Verify room rates and run Night Audit procedures, distributing daily reports
• Process credit card transactions and ensure security during overnight operations
• Maintain compliance with resort policies and safety requirements
