Sebring Chateau Elan Hotel & CC is seeking a Night Auditor to balance daily revenue and expenses while performing front desk duties during the audit shift. The role requires strong guest service skills and the ability to handle guest needs with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.

• Computer experience preferred.

• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

The Night Auditor is responsible for attending to the needs of guests, balancing the revenue and expense transactions that occurred during the day, and performing all the functions of the front desk staff during the audit shift.
