Job summary

Responsibilities

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and ensure accuracy of guest billings.
• Prepare and distribute daily, monthly and ad hoc financial reports.
• Assist with check-in, check-out, switchboard and reservations as needed.
• Audit and reconcile Front Desk and F&B cashier activity and credit cards.
• Communicate issues to management and maintain guest satisfaction.
