Qualifications

• Night audit experience or hospitality background is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Proficiency with PMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and manage guest inquiries during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit procedures and verify guest accounts.
• Balance room revenue, cash and card transactions.
• Generate daily financial reports for management.
• Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours.
• Assist with late check-ins and early departures.
• Monitor front desk security and safety protocols.
• Input guest data into the PMS accurately.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance on guest requests.
• Resolve discrepancies and billing issues during audit.
