Aloft Raleigh is seeking a Full Time Night Auditor to ensure accurate financial transactions and smooth nightly operations. You will reconcile guest accounts, manage cash and card transactions, and generate daily reports while delivering exceptional guest service during the overnight shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or hotel front desk preferred.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Performs nightly audit procedures to verify guest accounts and revenue.
• Balances cash, credit card transactions, and other payments.
• Generates daily financial reports for management review.
• Delivers excellent guest service during overnight hours.
• Assists guests with late check-ins or early departures.
• Monitors front desk area and ensures security protocols.
• Inputs guest information into the property management system.
• Maintains accurate records of accounts, reservations, and transactions.
• Coordinates with housekeeping and maintenance for overnight needs.
• Resolves discrepancies and guest concerns professionally.
