The Aloft Jacksonville is seeking a Night Auditor to provide guests with an excellent hotel experience while serving as the overnight Front Office Associate from 11pm to 7am. The role focuses on attentive, courteous, and efficient service during the third shift.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing check-ins/outs, balancing night reports, handling cash, maintaining front desk systems, and supporting safety procedures to ensure a smooth overnight operation.

Formación

• 11pm–7am shift availability.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles preferred.
• Experience handling cash and front desk procedures.
• Effective oral and written communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome guests at the front desk according to Lexima/Brand Standards.
• Prepare and balance night audit checklists and reports.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services and area attractions.
• Be aware of rates, packages, and promotions.
• Operate front desk computer systems and quote rates.
