Job summary

Hampton Inn and Suites Raleigh/Crabtree seeks a Night Auditor to ensure smooth overnight front desk operations, accurate reservations, and warm guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will work with the PEP system, HHonors database, and logbooks, handle wake-up calls, billing inquiries, and assist with meetings while maintaining brand standards and safety.

Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required; strong English communication, teamwork, and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience in hospitality/front desk is preferred.
• Computer literacy in a computerized environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Accurately check guests in and out following hotel procedures.
• Make reservations and verify guest information and payment details.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests with courteous, professional service.
• Coordinate with bell staff and housekeeping to ensure smooth operations.
• Record wake-up calls and input information into PBX system.
• Assist with billing inquiries and meeting room coordination.
• Maintain brand standards, safety, and property appearance.
