Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations and ensure accurate daily financial reporting. You will assist guests with late check-ins and reconcile the day’s transactions.

Ideal candidates are organized, trustworthy, and enjoy working independently in a quiet, overnight setting. This role reports to the Front Office Manager or Director of Finance/Controller and offers opportunities within the hospitality

Qualifications

• A high school diploma, a GED, or one year of hotel experience.
• A combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Audit guest accounts and reconcile day’s transactions overnight.
• Process night audit reports and assist with guest check-ins/outs.
• Maintain financial accuracy during overnight hours, recording transactions.
• Report to Front Office Manager or Director of Finance/Controller.
