HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations and ensure accurate daily financial reporting.

You will assist guests with late check-ins, reconcile transactions, and prepare reports for management, working independently in a quiet overnight setting. Ideal candidates are organized, dependable, and capable of working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of hotel experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight front desk operations and ensure accurate daily financial reporting.
• Audit guest accounts, process night audit reports, and assist with late check-ins/check-outs.
• Report to the Front Office Manager or Director of Finance/Controller.
• Potential career growth into other hotel roles within the organization.
