Comfort Suites Marina in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Night Auditor for a part-time position. You will monitor nightly operations, ensure accurate accounting, and prepare end-of-day reports for the Front Desk Manager.

The role requires a high school diploma, hotel front office experience, and availability for night shifts and weekends. Candidates with 1+ year as Night Auditor preferred; training on the Property Management System provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma. Higher level of education preferred.
• 2 years hotel front office experience with a minimum of 1 year as a Night Auditor Preferred
• Must be able to work night shifts and weekends

Responsibilities

• Analyze the day’s operating results and perform nightly duties.
• Conduct the Night Audit in accordance with standards.
• Balance and audit daily financial transactions.
• Prepare and transmit daily management reports to the General Manager.
• Handle front office duties and guest communications.
• Promote guest satisfaction with courteous, professional service.
