Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Austin is seeking a Night Auditor to manage all-night audit procedures, balance daily activity, and generate accurate reports while greeting guests during the overnight shift.

You will handle check-ins and checkouts, respond to guest requests with courtesy, and work in a self-managed environment, delivering attentive service and strict attention to detail.

The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation of all-night audit procedures and reports. They will balance the day’s work, identify and correct errors and complete detailed work accurately. As a Night Auditor you will greet guests, handle check-ins, checkouts and guest requests on the third shift in a friendly, attentive, courteous and efficient manner. Our Night Auditor must be able to work productively and effectively in a self-managed environment as well as performing other duties as assigned.

Both hotels are anchored on the ground floor by our re-imagined cantina-themed restaurant, a 13,000 sq ft. indoor and outdoor oasis as well as The 5th Street Diner + The Royale Room, a street-side concept serving daily fare for locals, residents, and guests alike. This mixed-use project will also feature a residential tower – Sienna – and 10,000 square feet of retail space and a 7,000 sq. ft. state of the art fitness center and simulator room, appropriately named the "T" Box.
