Key Skills / Responsibilities

• Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check‑ins, reservations, and those quirky late‑night questions.
• Master of Midnight Math: Own the Night Audit! Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure every number is accurate.
• Guardian of the Glow‑Up: Keep the property safe and sound with regular security walks.
• The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management the inside scoop on what happened while the world was sleeping.
• Teamwork After Twilight: Work hand‑in‑hand with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top‑notch even in the wee hours.
• Tech‑Savvy Problem Solver: Fluency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word documents and a knack for solving problems independently.

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
