Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor for Candlewood Suites Rocky Mount. You will greet guests during the overnight shift, balance the books, and prepare daily reports to support management.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a hotel or related field.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) and handle check-ins and reservations.
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accuracy of numbers.
• Conduct security walks to maintain guest safety.
• Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to keep operations smooth overnight.
• Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing to solve problems.
