Job summary

This role reports on nightly operations and works with other departments to maintain top-tier service during the night.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth during the overnight shift and handle check-ins and reservations.
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accurate nightly close.
• Conduct regular security walks to maintain guest safety and a calm environment.
• Create daily reports including the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth overnight operations.
• Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and Word documents to solve problems.
