Superhost Hospitality is hiring a Night Auditor for our Holiday Inn Express in Roselle, IL. You will conduct nightly audits, manage late-night front desk operations, and ensure accurate end-of-day accounting while delivering excellent guest service during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audits to ensure accurate financial transactions and daily revenue reconciliation.
• Manage front desk operations, including late-night check-ins, guest inquiries, and issue resolution.
• Complete end-of-day accounting processes and submit income journals.
• Monitor security cameras and help maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Respond to guest concerns and emergencies during overnight shifts.
• Review and validate tax-exempt documentation.
• Verify out-of-order room status.
• Support accounts receivable by assisting with aging reports, collections, and client billing.
• Enter accounts payable invoices accurately and timely.
