McKibbon Hospitality seeks a Night Auditor to greet guests during overnight hours and manage check-ins with a friendly, efficient approach. You will handle wake-up calls, coordinate with departments, and maintain up-to-date room status with housekeeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and basic math.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shift.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with property management and POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist overnight guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Process all guest check-ins and verify registrations.
• Prepare wake-up calls and coordinate with departments.
• Monitor lobby, handle guest requests, and address complaints.
• Record and communicate shift updates to the next team.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, rates, and promotions.
• Support Food & Beverage operations as needed.
• Ensure accuracy of the room status report with housekeeping.
