Hilton Alexandria Mark Center is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure smooth hotel operations during night hours. The role focuses on front desk duties, night audits, and guest assistance to maintain accuracy and service quality.

Ideal candidates will have cash handling experience, a high school diploma, and 1–2 years in a similar role, with strong detail orientation, communication, and computer skills for overnight workloads.

Qualifications

• Prior cash handling experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of Night Auditor or similar role experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including overnights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties such as guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct night audits to verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist guests with inquiries and issues during the night.
• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises during overnight hours.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
