Qualifications

• Overnight/front desk experience preferred.
• Strong guest-service orientation required.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and register them, noting requests and ensuring accurate information.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage guests to create a memorable experience.
• Post charges, manage cash handling, and maintain the house bank according to procedures.
• Generate and distribute daily and weekly reports.
• Follow Night Audit procedures with attention to detail and coordinate with the manager on duty.
