Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the Aloft Sarasota location. You will check guests in, provide information about hotel amenities and the local area, and create a welcoming first impression for guests from around the world.

We value an engaging personality, strong communication, and the ability to handle busy shifts. You will assist guests with requests, resolve issues, and promote hotel programs while upholding service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to make an impact on other people.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Check guests in and register them, ensuring accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences.
• Promote and explain hotel programs to guests.
• Interact with hotel staff and assist other departments as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain the house bank and process payments.
