Pyramid Global Hospitality's Aloft Sarasota, located in downtown Sarasota, FL, is seeking an overnight guest services agent to perform check-in/check-out, process postings, and support night audit duties. You will ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining accurate records and daily reporting.

The role requires a strong focus on detail, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work overnight hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate hotel systems.
• Attention to detail is essential for accurate nightly postings and reporting.

• Check guests in and out, ensure proper credit processing and fulfill special requests.
• Assist with night audit procedures and generate daily/weekly reports.
• Resolve issues and WOW guests through proactive recovery when needed.
• Promote and sell hotel programs and maintain professional collaboration with other departments.

Your Role:

• Help guests discover their "Wanderlust" experience
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
• Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
• Help to resolve problems and "WOW" guests through recovery when things aren't quite right
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.
• Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain house bank.
• Generate, Print and distribute daily and weekly reports
• Ensure the Night Audit procedures are followed with great attention to detail
• Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty.
• Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
• Assist other departments as needed.
