Responsibilities

• Handle all front desk tasks including check-in/out, promote programs, maintain guest records, and cash handling.
• Audit previous day receipts, balance entries, and run/verify reports.
• Assist with breakfast setup, service, and cleaning as needed.
• Be the primary on-site team member during shifts and capable of working alone.
• Maintain guest safety and security during overnight hours and provide courteous service.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and requests with a +1 Service attitude.
• Support a positive work environment for team and guests.
