Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor for the Cleveland Marriott East in Beachwood, OH. You will provide a warm, efficient check-in experience and manage end-of-shift reporting while maintaining accuracy and daily bank procedures.

The role requires overnight availability (11pm–7:30am), strong communication, and a detail-oriented approach to handle guest requests, settlements, and program promotions within a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work overnight hours (11pm–7:30am) and holidays/weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
• Balance day shift check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours.
• Maintain accuracy of credit, requests, and information in the system.
• Promote hotel programs and assist other departments as needed.
• Follow procedures for posting, cash handling, and reporting.
