Responsibilities

• Perform end-of-day auditing, balancing revenue and expenses.
• Generate daily management reports on performance and occupancy.
• Process late check-ins and early check-outs efficiently and courteously.
• Address guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Handle phone calls and provide information about services and local attractions.
• Monitor security, conduct property walks and ensure safety.
• Set up for the next day’s operations, including breakfast items or meetings.
• Keep front desk tidy, organized and presentable.
• Follow company policies on guest service, safety and financial handling.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.
