Qualifications

• Comfort with working independently and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs all front desk related functions including guest check-in/out, promoting sales programs, maintaining guest records and cash handling.
• Audits daily receipts, balances entries, runs reports and verifies information.
• May assist with breakfast setup, food preparation, service and/or cleaning.
• Work alone during shifts and ensure guest safety during overnight hours.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience with a +1 Service attitude and respond to inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Maintain a positive work environment for the team and guests.
