Innisfree Hotels, Inc. is seeking a Night Auditor for the Hampton Inn PCB in Panama City Beach, FL.

You will review Front Office accounting records for accuracy and prepare daily financial summaries while monitoring room revenue, occupancy, and operating statistics throughout the night shift. You will post charges, taxes, and payments to guest accounts, run the end-of-day processes in the PMS, and produce a cash/credit card activity summary.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, hospitality preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively to communicate with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of reservation and POS systems.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Check Front Office accounting records for daily accuracy and summarize information for hotel financial records.
• Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts and process payments.
• Track room revenues, occupancy percentages, and other front office statistics.
• Prepare a summary of cash, checks, and credit card activities for daily reporting.
• Run end-of-day processes in the property management system (PMS).
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to hotel policies.
